SPOTTED: new X5 in Alpine White in Downtown Miami.
The roundel was blacked out still and it was following a red X3 with the msport package. Confused why the roundel was blacked out, though. I have some crappy pics but don't know how to post.

Saw a space grey on the sea to sky hwy in Vancouver, bc area yesterday. Certainly not a m-sport trim.
It looked terrible. Such a disappointment. |

Still haven't seen one in person, but I'm really not liking what I have seen in pics. Big disappointment, but that means I'll just keep my E70 which isn't a bad thing because I'm really happy with it. The new one looks like a boxy station wagon. The new family truckster?

Patarix, How did you determine the color as Sophisto Grey or Dark Graphite? From the last pic, it looks more brown to me. |

I found the pics on the unofficial Bmw Facebook page and apparently that was the description given by the person who took the shoot: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...7087046&type=1 I'm not 100% sure of what kind of black that is, but I definetely don't see any brown on those photos, if you compare the paint to the black tires it's not very dissimilar. It could be that the white balance setting on the camera was a little off at some angles. Take care, Alessandro |

Sparkling Brown is a very dark color - just like Sophisto Grey. Once the sun shines on it, the difference becomes obvious. |

After looking at the pics posted by Eu001939 (X5 closed room viewing pictures) I think you were right, it's most probably Sparkling Brown. I guess the sun angle and the car being a bit dirty contributed to make it look more blackish |
