Dynamic Handling Package not available

I want to purchase a 2016 X6 xDrive50i. I configured the car using the recently released Ordering Guide and Pricing Guide. I included the M Sport line (ZMM) and the Dynamic Handling Package (ZDH) among other options and packages. I selected the Adaptive M Suspension + rear axle air suspension (2VF) as required under the M Sport line option list. The dealer told me that the Dynamic Handling Package is not available if I select the M Sport Line even though the guides show that it is. The cost is even shown in the Pricing Guide. I know that this combination is available for the 2015 X6 and X5. This does not make any sense. Can anyone explain what is going on?

That's almost impossible to believe. Did you check the order guide sticky?

Forum members know more than a typical sales person will ever know. Suggest you call another dealership and get a "2nd opinion".

The website has been full of errors for the past month and Every dealer I went to started configuring my X5 on the website. I had to tel then to use a build sheet because the website is so erroneous right now.

Have them use the system that actually builds the car versus the website. I can almost guarantee your configuration issues are due to the website

Did you order the 3rd row seat by any chance? Guide states that you cannot order 4UB (3rd row) in combination with ZMM (m-sport) and ZDH (dynamic handling).

Agreed that this is true in X5 but he said he ordered a 2016 X6...
