Not sure if they were DWS 06, purchased in 2011 or 2012 I can't remember exactly. My experience was definitely not with current versions of the tire, if they have improved the wear then maybe they will be better for snow longer.

Awesome pic iconoclast, that's advertisement quality right there.
2011/12 would have been DWS. Other major improvement to the DWS06 is sidewall stiffness. The DWS was never (really) designed for SUV loads/weight distribution and many complained for a sloppy ride as a result.

Exactly my set up. Great tires and price. Couldn't be happier with a staggered set up. ?

X6 35i M-Sport - Winter Tires

These are the ones that the dealership ordered and put on it... It originally came with summer tires... They threw these on and let me keep the summers as well.

So far so good in MN winter!

UltimateManga Now Spring is hopefully on its way, at least in my neck of the woods, thinking of swapping out Winters and back to 20" Summers.

Wondered when you and others are changing?

I'm planning on switching over to my summers in the next week or so. Tbf I didn't really need the winters as we don't seem to get bad weather anymore!

Currently I'm using all-seasons, should I just invest in some chains and stick with my all-seasons when I do go in the snow? I'm on OE 20 inch wheels as well, so chains are like $400 for a set in that size. I really don't want to buy dedicated OE 18" wheels/tires as I don't want to swap everytime I go into the mountains, nor do I want to pay for a new set ($200 for used wheels and $800 for tires).

Hey how are these?? So far the only other option is the Pirelli Scorpion Ice&Snow which are runflats (for 20" staggered setup). Would like your review as I'm thinking of getting these Yoko's..Thanks!
