Thumbs up

Chloros 21,500 miles since May 2014. One oil change @ 20k. Engine running as sweet as a nut!

PS German engineering and design plus American build is a winning combo for me.

Just a FYI, all F15 X5 will need a battery change at every 2nd oil service regardless of engine type. Even 6 cylinder gas and diesel.

Hey Chairman! Do you still have the E53? You must have 200,000 miles by now, no?

It will be 10 years ago this October. Now BMW has a west coast version of their BMW Performance Driving school out in Thermal just east of where we had WestFest!! The hotel they use is the same one we all used for WestFest, La Quinta Resort!!

I was pleasantly surprised also. Have been keeping a close eye on it due to comments on the forum about the V8. Has not moved off full so far... Most of my driving is at highway speeds and above

Yep, very temping to push it on the 900 mile drive, kept hitting the 100 mph limit so easily.

Just crossed 5,000 miles on my new 40e. So far I'm averaging a little more than 1,400 miles a month. The good news is that the majority of those miles is my commute, when I'm getting great gas mileage. The bad news is that I'm leasing at 15k miles/year. It's still pretty early in the lease, but I'm currently on track to be above the limit in a few years.
