Exhaust Tip Replacement
Good evening, looking to replace the exhaust tips on my 2016 X5 Xdrive35i and wants to verify the inlet size as well as the larger outlet size you can go to. Any assistance is great appreciated.

Thanks for that, I was seeing posts for 2.5” and 3” inlet sizes so I was a little lost. When you state in your other post about cutting the slash out, what are you in reference too?

On my 2017 when I removed my round chrome tip it had a slash cut that helps with keeping it integrate into the rear body flow, so had to cut it off to have a nice even cut. Then I placed the 2.8" inlet tips over. There maybe other 2.8" inlet tips with larger outlet, like a 4". You would have to research and find it.
