How deep? You could try a black marker. Or go to a home depot type store and get a stain /finish marker.
If the scratch is just in the clear coat, you could try buffing it out |

. It works great !!!👍 Must applicate 4-5 times and the scratches disapears ...i ll post some photos before and after, think make it all around the front bar and also on the doors... |

If its fine scratches, they will look better with what imirdalf posted above, but a big one will never go away. Which is why now I keep a close eye on my tools when working inside a car.
