Throaty Exhaust for X5?

I love the throaty / Roar type exhausts. I am looking at an X5 xdrive35i M Sport. I am not sure when I was looking at it if it has that roar when taking off.
Does it or is there an after market exhaust you guys like?

The BMW M Performance exhaust sounds awesome.

Leave the car cold then start it up and you will hear the nice roar.
While driving, leave it at sport mode with manual shift and shift at high rpm, then you will hear the nice pop through the gears.

Is the M Performance Exhaust what comes standard when you order the 2015 xDrive35i M Sport package for $4500? or do you have to order it separately?

You have to order it separately.
I have more video coming soon on my muffler with the catless downpipe combined. Just been busy, haven't got a chance uploading the video yet.

If you are ordering a new 2015, can a dealer order the M Performance exhaust in place of the stock for the money difference? How much would it be?

Dealer can order you the exhaust, but you'll likely get it cheaper here (or they can match it--but there's no sales tax (depending on where you live) and $50 off coupon if you order directly. Cost me $174 for my dealer to install the exhaust.

I will definitely do this for the X5 if I decided to get a new one once my lease is up. Sounds great.

I also have been reading of people that are modifying the stock exhaust by straight piping or using some other mod. Since I am getting the B&O sound system, I dont want additional noise up in the driver area while Im dirivng at highway speeds. Would these mods make it too loud while you are driving?
Same questions if I replace the stock with the M Performance exhaust.

I would keep it stock and enjoy the B&O.
