Sea sick in m adaptive f15

Very disappointed in the ride quality in my f15. People have always told me on road trips that feels very floaty and jumpy as a passenger. Me as being driver never felt that and it's very fun to drive. Today on a roadtrip I sat as passenger and feel very sea sick. Very odd I never realized the f15 with air suspension is that horrible for passenger comfort. Anyone else with similar feeling as passenger?

I have ridden in the back of my F15 several times and I thought it rode well. It has DHP so electric damper control and air bag ride height control are parts of that package. I'm in N Texas and the roads around me are mostly not good.

Yes I have read that DHP resolves the sea sick feel. Mine only has the M adaptive suspension no dhp.

I have DHP and have had passengers complain about the ride quality in the back as well. It's definitely a better ride in the front seat.

Tip: put chassis on M-adaptive on sport mode to reduce the wallow

Subframe bushing inserts helped immensely with this. Modern BMWs have hollow rear subframe bushings, except on the M products. The hollow bushing create a secondary motion that the dampers cannot control.

No sacrifice in ride quality, and better body control. No wallowing.

I did this to my last couple BMWs. Very happy with the result.

A lot of the E70 guys have already realized this. Worked great in my E90 too

Also, make sure you have the correct, recommended tire pressures front and rear.

If everything is working OK, you should not get "seasick" with adaptive suspension.
Just try out driving on a BAD ROAD (with potholes) in a) comfort mode b) sport mode (ensure if you have selected suspension modes in IDRIVE)
This way you can check out if suspension (dampening) are working correctly.

.....
On the F15 one should not overestimate the rear air suspension. It's convenient if you tow a heavy trailer

I guess we need a new item to the check list now. Make sure you don’t have COVID. LOL.

All’s well that ends well…
