You got the M Sport bumper already, why do you need the V8 valance?

Oh no.
In that case you need to change the whole rear bumper.

Do you have to remove the bumper to install the rear diffuser and tips?

i'm looking to do this as well - Im getting the M Performance exhaust for my standard X5 non msport. I believe I just need the black valence piece with the wider openings and the 50 tips...

I see on 2017-2018 models there is a "cooler" looking lower diffuser but it does not appear to fit a 2016 model... they callit a matte black lower diffuser.

Why not save yourself some money and go with the vibrant muffler, 50i tips, and rear valence? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Here's a startup sound clip of mine, granted I have a catless downpipe and BM3 stage 2 tune. I really like the sound of the muffler as I added it after the downpipe and tune. It made the exhaust note deeper as well as more exotic sounding. It's a universal muffler so an exhaust shop will have to do the install and fab some exit pipes but I only paid $150 for the exhaust work and install.

That sounds good! My car is being fixed under repairs to the insurance company they will only approve factory parts to replace the factory parts on my car. Luckily I was able to find a M performance exhaust as well as the changed rear valance. I'm sure it's actually much more expensive than your set up however I'm just gonna let the insurance fix it with OEM parts.

Understandable! Let insurance pay for it. MPE is great sounding, especially when it's on insurance's dime.
