New X6
Finished the lease on my Wife's F15 and got into 2016 F16. Was going to wait for 2017, but I got a great deal on a 2016 model.

Gorgeous ride! Like the chrome trim & wheels plus running boards.

I was worried about that as well and made sure the wife took out for test drive multiple times. It never bothered her, she said it feels like the back of a car. Took it out for 200 mile ride east end of Long Island and didn't bother me at all.

Hi there - How is the ride/handling ? My local BMW dealer here in the UK has a mega deal on a pre-registered X6 however it has the standard suspension (similar to yours I guess although this car is a 4.0d). Here it seems that you can now only order the car in MSport specification which comes with M Adaptive suspension. There's been some talk on the forums about the new X5 being 'wallowy/making folks car sick so I'm a little worried about buying a Non M-Sport suspension car.. With all of that said, I do intend to do some big miles in it, so looking for some comfort ! Thanks!

I don't know if the 20" wheels or the weight of the car, it drives like a beast. I sometimes prefer driving it over my Macan s |

Aha ok thanks usta, that feedback might persuade me that the SE will be just fine - it's also on 20" wheels. It has some really good options on it and is probably some £4-5k GBP cheaper than an equivalent M Sport.
Interesting to hear that you like it as much as your Macan - that car is often described as the reference over in the UK in terms of roadholding & handling ! |
