Blackvue 650 dash cam

I have the blackvue dash cam installed using the power pro jack. The camera powers down when ever I turn car off instead of going into parking mode. Can anybody who has this installed please advise where power pro jack should be wired to get constant power. It's my understanding that the camera needs a always on circuit and the power pro is designed to cut power if battery dips below voltage that was set.
Thanks in advance.

Where do you have yours mounted? I have mine sitting in my glovebox needing me to install it lol But I'd like to know as well since I'm still in my return period if parking doesn't work.

with the power pro, the low voltage regulator will allow you to connect direct to the battery....possibly use an inline fuse, but no reason to not tap the battery direct.

(NO PERSONAL EXPERIENCE YET/TONS OF RESEARCH BEFORE MY PURCHASE)
take it with a grain of salt...

Here's what I just did last month:

Front cam directly behind rear view mirror. Rear cam on rear window.

I hid most of the wiring behind roof liner and A B C pillar covers. The only visible wire is on top of B pillar, the gap is very tight there and I wasn't able to shove all the wire in without taking about B pillar cover. It looked more involved than I was willing to try.

The magic power unit is taped in the rear fuse compartment, (lower right), yellow wire goes to a always on fuse, red wire goes to a 10amp fuse at top right. Took me a while to find this fuse that's only on when engine is on.

I have it set to 12 hrs timer or voltage drops below 12V. So far it's working nicely. Parking mode works well. I like how it's not very noticible.
Only thing I found so far is that shock sensor is extra sensitive. When I'm on the highway and goes over a bigger bump, the shock sensor trips and locks the current recording, thinking it's an accident. I have sensitivity set to 20 and still very sensitive.

Let me know what you guys think of the installation I did.

My advice is dont be afraid to take some of the b pillar covers and door surround seals off. I checked out RGSports guide which was great, and did a complete install with no problems, all cabling concealed. Hardest part for me was getting the rear camera wire through the tail gait rubber conduit, but even that wasnt too bad.
It doesnt take much longer to do a proper clean install, doesnt require using all those stick on cable clips either.

Hi, sorry to revive an old post but I tried ACC on 162/142 and VCC/BATT on 107 but it doesn't seem to work
I don't have the fuse extension you have on the picture. I just try to roll the cables mettalic part around one of the fuse leg.
