@Chem14 it is a retarded, not fully developed feature that they enable it in the car. Annoy me a few times since it kept on coming back even after you pass the area.

Comes from the map data supplier. About a 1/3 of the time it is relevant. Usually and outdated alert. Not as accurate as the Waze app.

It probably refers to things like traffic cones, barricades and other lane or traffic control devices that were in that location at the time the map was compiled. The map has no way of knowing that construction or repairs have been completed unless you get it updated.
