mine was boring then again this was the 8th BMW from this dealership and my 4th M car. I signed the papers and came back after close to drive the car home with my son. Enjoy the day, getting a new vehicle is always a great day!

Yes definitely buy the wheel tire. I ended up paying $1550 for it from BMW. Also consider the front end clear bra.

My suggestion would be to check the leather over, especially the back seat. Mine had some staining on the pull down armrest in the middle backseat, that almost looked like green mold on it. Problem has been resolved, but you wouldn't want to find that when you get home.
I second getting the wheel and tire insurance. It can come in very handy at times. Otherwise, just enjoy the day. It was a fun experience taking delivery this vehicle. |

I'm excited for you. Check for any dings... New cars do get dinged during transport (i.e. rock hitting it on the hwy). I have a mysterious extrusion on the driver door. It looks like it was there before it was painted.

I'd also suggest checking the windshield and other glass/plastic trim for any hard water stains. My windshield needs to be clayed and polished (or even replaced) due to water spots and film from transport that will not come off with typical cleaning.
Tomorrow is a big day for me, too. I get the car back from Dinan. I'll have more to report over the weekend. Congratulations on your new ride! Use it in the best of health.
