2016 x6m order. Fair deal?

Hello everybody. I'm new to this forum but have been using bimmerpost for some time now. I'm from the New York area and I currently drive a 2013 Mercedes Benz Cls63 amg. The lease is almost over on this car and I'm looking to get into my first bmw which is the 2016 x6m. I'm shopping around for a few prices and was recently quoted $1350 a month with taxes and fees up front for a new order. The car has an msrp of $109,395. Is this a fair deal or can a better deal be negotiated? All opinions and comments are appreciated, thanks.
