Thanks ! What made you go down? I actually was going to get 50xi but couldn't find one used with specs that I wanted . But no regrets I love it

Huge upgrade from a quad exhaust to a double exhaust. One of a kind indeed, should be posting in the X5M forum

Good Q. Still unsure? Hope I did good, if not 3 years goes by quick to do a remake/remodel. Actually when I purchased the 2014 F15 I ordered 35i I found the acceleration from a start below my expectation at that time, hence 3 days later I asked the dealership to change order to 50i.

My current change to X6 was for something different, as I didn't want the same. I test drove a 351i X6 and it was adequate. So I settled on that!

In a way when I was pricing the trade in value, I influenced by various dealers that said 50i, nobody wants V8. Silly me. Maybe their way of low balling me. One dealer actually offered 10k less. I was taken aback as no accidents and only 12k km in 3yrs.

I'm sure I will miss the 50i, the Q is how much.

It's not overspray .it's tint and back up light don't go even all the way .

lol I see some people get too hyped about stuff. So getting 612 wheels and putting them on a non x5m car it's a wrong thing to do too I see ? Cuz it's not technically x5m ? And if I knew bmw drivers are so sensitive I would have gotten it lol

It's my opinion and if you don't like it its your problem. Stupid posers unnecessary. How can you even compare wheels vs putting a car's badge. Those wheel look good and understandable, putting a badge that doesn't belong to a car isn't. Imagine adding an AMG or RS badge on your BMW. Thats how stupid it looks like.

Cuz for what u saying there should be no changes to car . If it's x5 basic should stay that way and if someone wants to do some changes it's a wrong doing. ? And if it's x5m wheels they should not be on a x5 basic car . From what it's being said cuz people will think it's a x5m seriously ?? Same thing with the badge

The badge serves only one purpose on the car which is identifying what model it is.

Wheels and spoilers alters the way the car looks/handles to suit the individuals desires so its different.

Its like buying a Coach bag but super gluing a Chanel logo on the exterior.

It is true that its your car and you can do whatever you want to it. You are making the payments not people on the internet but when you post pics on open forum you are basically opening yourself to criticism. You have to take it good or bad. Doesn't matter what forum you are on. You'll get the same response if you slap a Merc AMG, Audi RS, Lexus F, SRT, Nizmo on the base model car and post it on other forums.

So how exactly are you changing your car by slapping a X5M badge... does it make it look better? Looks are subjective but I don't see how an M badge makes you feel better about your car.
