The carbon looks awesome for sure. The highlighting colors are personal taste, but very nice work. How did you do the lettering out of curiosity? Is that vinyl overlaid before the clear?

Everyone hate'n on colors lol!!!!!! Engine bay was boring !!!!!

The letters are vinyl that I cut out with a exacto-knife then 3 layers of clear epoxy.
Btw epoxy does matter…. Jewelry epoxy is good and yellow resistant

Absolutely, epoxy matters. Something with UV and yellowing resistance is a must. I have been planning on doing this overlay with my interior trims in my E53 X5 for awhile and did a fair amount of reading (and watching) on the process. Probably what you did before the project, which came out great. I hope mine come out as well as yours.

Vibrant muffler and 200 cell downpipe on.
My muffler guy did it for 107$

Also went to MHD stage 2.
Cars acceleration is amazing.
Just drove wife's 300hp explorer to put gas in it (she brought it home with 17 miles till empty), I push the gas and it's like nothing is happening. Omg my bmw is a rocket ship now!!!
Next Monday coilovers go on… neighbor owns a shop and doing it for 600$ with alignment included in price !

I dying for some wide body action too!!!!
It should arrive this coming month - March, as well as my carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber roof spoiler. Praying it all gets here before March 14th. I took the week off to hang with family on their spring break and could knock out getting hood clear coated and roof spoiler on. Maybe roof vinyl wrapped gloss black too that week.
So… if I knocked out one of the 100 cells in my 200 cell dp, how much louder do you think it would get ?

Yes, have a MHD stage 2 tune and XP Tranny stage 2 tune.

DP from China, came in perfect with flex joint and two tabs for bolting to original body points.

Could help it, Had to install it tonight!
Holy hell the charge pipe connection was my trouble maker!
Took 20 mins to drop old IC out and 4 hrs to get new one in… mind you I didn't remove front end.
It was damn tight as this one is twice as big. Only had to trim the plastic piece that cover bottom of IC. Did some hard runs on it and nothing popped off thank god lol
