front passenger side door can't open from inside

Front passenger side door can't open from inside; but CAN be open from outside. Is there a child lock safety that I must have activated?

child lock mechanism is usually in the rear doors, not the front. its possible the rod linking the door handle to the door latch mechanism is loose or disconnected. either way ull have to take off the door panel to inspect.

Call Autobahn in Los Gatos and speak with Chris about getting them to diagnose your issue. 408 356 5985, your new favorite Indy shop.

You can thank me later.

Sounds like you did get that diesel from Lexus of Serramonte, congrats! What others said, there are no child locks on the front doors, probably something is broken or got disconnected.

I did I installed tint windows over weekend. At the tinting shop now, they are looking into the issues since they took off one of the panels. Let's see what they find. Will report back.

Why would they take the panel off though?

PROBLEM SOLVED!
Tint dude was able to open the door panel and connect the cable . During installation they detached just top panel to get the bottom of the window, which may have disconnected the cable to door hinge!
