Connected drive issue
Hey, I have got BMW X5 2014. Bought it from official dealer in 2014 in LATVIA Riga. When I downloaded a new bmw connected app, it said my car is not equipped for this services, even tho on idrive menu there is connecteddrive button. However when I press connecteddrive (in the car) there are only 3 options to chose, which are completely useless + I can't access internet via my bmw. When I was choosing configurations of the car I chose connected drive. Official dealers in Latvia are telling me they can't help and have no idea how to fix it. I believe it's a soft problem. I heard that it's possible to change origin or something of the car to another country and after that all the apps supposedly will appear (eg Spotify, Waze etc) and start to work. I tried to update it using usb but it didn't help
