Cold Start RPM Jump*
I drove my X5 today from NYC to hunter Mountain. The trip was about 135 miles to get there. When I finished snowboarding and started the f15 and when I started it the Cold start was low on noise. Than 2-3 seconds after that low noise the x5 went up in sound higher than cold start, then right after the X5 made its regular cold start noise. I could only say noise because I did not pay attention to the RPM but from what I heard it sounding like the RPM started lower than usual, then the RPM jumped higher than usual that's when I heard the REV as if it self accelerated, then 2-3 after it went back to its regular RPM. That when I looked at it when it went back to normal and the RPM looked normal. I turned off the car to see if it was going to do it again but it didn't. It started with normal REV, Acceleration and RPM.
Has anyone experienced this before? |
