Had first look today in Boston, very impressed, expecting this to be next car. Not in a position to talk numbers as current lease is not up until early May. But dealer claimed waiting list and was selling at close to MSRP ($500-1000 less). Hard to tell if the really are not negotiating on price because not yet in a position to sign. We'll see next year....

That is an awesome build. I am in the market for a 2014 x5 myself. I am also in SoCal and the best offer I have received so far is $1,500 over invoice minus the $1,000 loyalty credit. I am ready to place an order but I will need $1,000 over invoice or less knowing that I will get my car in 2 months plus from now. I have tried Crevier and had a very bad experience. I actually have had the best luck with Riverside BMW, McKenna BMW and Shelly BMW. Got any dealership recommendation? |

I could have received 1% more discount on Gasoline model vs. Diesel which is not out yet...(5% total vs. 4% on Diesel)... But I compensated that 1% with free accessories...

I hear you. I had been a Crevier client for many years but the guy I dealt with is gone. Unfortunately this time around I got stuck with a very unpleasant individual and it just did not work. No worries, to my luck there are plenty of options around here and I am sure someone will appreciate my business.
The guys at Riverside are very straight forward and were great to deal with. We could not get to the price I wanted but it was a good experience. They have called me a couple of times improving the offer but we are still a bit apart. I am supposed to hear back from Shelly on Monday so I will update the forum on how that goes. |

If anyone knows of A BMW dealer in MA preferably, or New England that will likely be willing to go $500 to $1000 over invoice, please post or pm me. Thanks.

Quick update on current 2014 x5 offers in the SoCal area.
Checked with 5 different dealers. They are all within $1,000 of each other. Best offer so far is $1,500 over invoice. |

BMW of San Francisco. Best deal and easiest transaction. I went in to order my dream X5 M and they happened to have my exact build in stock. Drove away in the car an hr later.

Sorry, but I must disagree about BMW SF. They are rapacious jerks. They are forced to finally make good deals on the obsolete 2013 X5, but they insist on taking a "dealer markup" over the MSRP on the new 2014's.

I wonder if these areas with the big markups don't have Costco partnered BMW dealers near them...
last year the X5 was 750 over invoice if you were a Costco member, and the other 2 dealers were willing to beat that... I am assuming that currently the X5 via Costco is ~$750-1000 over invoice, which with Loyalty is Invoice or better. If you guys are being hard balled, I would see if there is a Costco dealer within a reasonable distance. |

I worked with Mico Silver at BMW SF. Send him an email and he will take care of you.
msilver@bmwsf.com . We are going back there this weekend to look at the new 4 series for a daily driver! |

Any reasonable dealers in the NC/VA area? Closest dealer participating in the Costco program appears to be in MD. Would like to support my local dealers but they cant get over the "newness" of the car and hence have taken a strong position on margins.
