Coding one touch boot close from fob

Apologies of this has been asked and answered before but is it possible to code one touch boot/trunk closing from the fob? I know closing from the fob is possible to code in the US where it is disabled by default but can it be made one touch?

In the UK it appears that from the fob it is one touch opening but when closing it stops as soon as you let go of the button.

Thanks,

Try this via coding, I believe the keyfob will be single touch, but the inside button will be continuous hold. Perhaps someone else can confirm, as I haven't coded my F15 yet.

Module: Section: Function Value: Default Value: New Value:
HKFM 3010 SCH_FBD nicht_aktiv aktiv
HKFM 3010 SCH_TOEHKI nicht_aktiv aktiv
HKFM 3010 TASTER_FBD nicht_aktiv aktiv

Its the other way round; inside is one touch both on the door and the tailgate and the fob is hold. My understanding this is for safety reasons so no kiddy winks get trapped between tailgate and chassis if they play with the fob.

Thanks @stewy604, I've just checked mine offline and SCH_TOEHKI & TASTER_FBD are both set to nicht_activ so I'll try enabling them and see what happens.

Really? I could've sworn that my inside button must be held to close the tailgate. If its wasn't raining, I'd walk outside and check it. Haha.

So will those settings work to do what I want?

No kiddywinks so no problem for me

Having just coded and tested these settings on mine, UK spec F15, I end up with the following.

From the fob, one touch open and one touch close @stewy604

From the button inside on the drivers door it is one touch open and pull up and hold to close as before.

Here are the coding that you need.

HKFM - 3010 - SCH_FBD from "nicht_aktiv" to "aktiv" - For one touch close from inside button
HKFM - 3010 - SCH_TOEHKI from "nicht_aktiv" to "aktiv" - For one touch close from keyfob
HKFM - 3010 - TASTER_FBD from "nicht_aktiv" to "aktiv" - not sure, but needed to enable the features.

On mine, UK Spec, SCH_FDB was already set to Active and it didn't one touch close from the drivers side button either before or after coding the other changes

hmm.. that's weird. I know that in the US by default you can close from the button by pulling it up and holding it.
With the coding, you just press it down as when you opening the tailgate and it will close with 1 press. So, 1 press it will open it, and press it again and it will close it automatically.
If that doesn't work, maybe there are some other thing that need to be coded.

My mistake, I was pulling it to close, not pushing it again. It takes a second or so to kick in and close from the button on the drivers side but it works now pressing one touch to open and pressing one touch to close, once it has started moving.

You are correct Stewy604, mine behaves the same way.
