DIY: F15 M50d M-Sport Front Bumper Grill Trim

Does this Trim physically fit all the 2016 F15 BMW X5 models even if it is originally ment for the M50d M-Sport?
.. or does the F15 2016 have to already be equipped with M-Sport styling?
For me it looks like as long as the F15 are equipped with the large Closed- or the nicer Open Front Grill, these lower Front Grill Trims can be mounted?

I have tried to read all the answers to this thread in order to find a rule and it looks like several 3 litre owners have mounded this, but I don't know for sure since I f.ex. have not seen any X25d-M owners in the thread yet, but I guess they are also identical.

Looking at all the other successful installations, I think the 'Space grau' would look nice with grey trims

It will fit to any F15 X5 with M Sport styling.
