Recommend a good air pressure gauge?

I have this compressor pictured and it's great. But the built in gauge is not very accurate. So I use a stick gauge.

But since it screws onto the valve its a pain to have to unscrew it to check the pressure.

I see on amazon they sell an inline model which would solve my issue.
But Im sure most are junk or won't last.

Can anyone or do you know of a quality "inline" gauge. I'm not concerned with cost (I only like to buy things once).

Inline meaning I screw the connector on one side of the gauge and the other side I screw on the tire valve and I can check the tire pressure while the compressor is running.

I'm thinking digital would be more accurate or at least easier to read. The stick gauge with the line increments on the rod that the pressure pushes it out gives me 4 different reading for each tire

P.S. I prefer the clips to the battery compressor rather than the cig lighter style. I just carry out a battery that I have from my electric trolling fishing motor to use it. We have 6 cars in family so the compressor and battery makes it very quick to check all.
I find the sensors sometimes go off when the temps get colder and I have to reset the pressures.

The OEM BMW analog gauge works well and reads exactly what the digital gauge in the iDrive states as PSI.

I'm ordering the BMW digital $21 gauge on amazon, just to keep in my glove box.
I didn't know BMW had gauges.

I see the analog one too but my eyes are not great especially in dim light so Im through with analog dials.

I guess I could overfill slightly then use the bmw digital gauge to let air out until I get my correct reading.

But I'd still like to find and get a quality inline digital gauge to keep in the compressor's bag.

I have an analog Joes racing gauge that I love. Here is a digital version. Overfill tire a little with the pump and then attach gauge and bleed off excess to desires pressure with button on gauge.

My ACCUGAGE is 35 years old and will outlast me. AMAZON has all different varieties for less than $30 in most cases. Other auto-related businesses have them, too. Quality made in USA product.

That gauge kinda goes along with having to pay for air at gas stations now

Soon they will find a way to charge us for each "pound" of air metered.

Quite a product line up for Accugauge on amazon. But Im going digital. I also have 90 lb bike tires to top off occasionally.

I asked the question because amazon has pages of choices. But most have awful reviews. There are pages of them but you can tell many are the same cheap china builds and they just rename them.

I use amazon reviews like this:
.1 I don't pay much attention to positive reviews because so many are planted.
.2 I click on customer reviews then scroll down to the end of the first page of reviews and click "see all reviews".
.3 click on "all stars" and scroll down to "critical" reviews.

When you see 1,000 reviews yet 40 pages of critical reviews you know the item is junk. You dont even have to read them just move on in your product search.
This saves you your time in having to return junk and then tell yourself I should have looked at the negative (critical ) reviews before I ordered.

Sure competitors can plant negative reviews too but its harder for them since amazon went to "verified purchase" reviews.

So many gauges had way too many bad reviews so until I find a quality inline digital gauge it looks like overfill tire and bleed down and measure with the digital BMW gauge.

What I'm trying to avoid is in the pic below. I even had the car in the BMW dealer for oil service 2,000 miles ago, yet did they even check the pressures.
My low indicator was triggering last week and each tire was down around 5 lbs checked cold. Look how each tire is different reading using a stick gauge!

Pic is "after" I topped each tire off and reset the X5's tire pressure screen. Not trying to be overly anal about correct tire pressures, but most gauges claim to be within 0.1 accuracy.

Good point get one with a bleed screw then overfill and bleed down to
correct pressure.

Almost bought this model for $99 directly from joes racing as it fit what I was looking for. but after I put it into cart I saw they want $16 for UPS shipping. Thats a joke!
I can ship a 5 lb box from NY to the west coast "2 day airborne yet" for $5-6 through my company's airborne account.
They want to make big profits on the item, plus on the shipping too!

And if I don't like the gauge it will cost me shipping back plus sometimes a 15-20% restocking fee.

No wonder why Amazon is eating everyone's lunch!

Buh Bye . . . to Joesracing.com

update: the BMW branded (albeit made in china) electronic tire pressure gauge came in a few days from Amazon. It is an original BMW accessory. Can't go wrong for $21.
Solid unit. Auto on and off.

Press the ball against the valve and hold till it beeps twice and the pressure is registered on a clear easy to read digital screen.
Has a nice angle to it so it's easy to press it on the valve with our aluminum wheels.
I overfilled (cold tires) by a few pounds with my electric air pump's gauge and then used a key tip to bleed a little air back out, took readings until I was on the correct pressure.

I'd say the only feature its missing is a small nub that could be used to let air out of the valve instead of using a key tip.

5-150 lb range with 1% accuracy.
Reads in 1/2 lb increments.
Its been selling on Amazon since 2007.
