I highly doubt that anyone at the dealership would notice. You're giving them undue credit for cleverness. The only possible objection I could foresee from them would be if you brought it in for a lease return or trade-in, and they'd bust your balls about the size difference, non-run-flat, at whatever other silly BS they can think up.

I don't think you'll have any problems. If your F15 is like mine, it overstates speed (and therefore distance travelled as well) by about 5% according to my Dragy, which have proven to be really accurate. The +1 size tires might make it read the correct speed.

I used 265/50/19 for the last 4 years and they were fine. The previous owner lived in Montana and I guess Discount Tire only had this size available otherwise they strictly stick to OEM sizing. I finally upgraded to 255/50/19 all around just to stick to OEM, but only for winter driving. 21" shoes for spring/summer.
