Yes you will need front upper arms with camber adjustment … no they won't put you at stock but will keep you around -1.0 to -1.2 on front camber.
Rear: you will need adjustable upper arm for camber, at least 3-4 degrees worth. Also get adjustable toe arms. The X5 camber bolt also adjusts toe. This leads to problems… trust me…
Spent 6 hrs at alignment shop today, if I had toe adjustment independent of camber bolt… maybe 30mins total ugh!
So yes, bought adjustable toe arms. Will put on after arrives and send pics and update.
Here's a couple pics at the track with friends. I'm the guy in black scrubs.
Love the build, wish the guy wasn't standing in front of the shot of your engine bay!

I'll tell his ass to move next time lol!
So with weight correction of 5400, including me and sound system.
Still comes out to 411hp … nothing to laugh at!
More reason to bolt a pure stage 2 turbo on now !

Sick. Can't wait to see that thing painted. It's so unique and with your supporting power mods, really looks the part of a fast X5. Breaking 14s in a heavy luxury SUV is not easy. Especially while still being able to get 20+mpg on the highway.

Wish it was faster.
The 50i prob has tons more torque vs my v6
That's only thing I can think of.
On another note … lost 0.3 mpg due to widebody and more surface area 😂😂😂
One tip though. Don't say "v6" around BMW guys. It triggers us.

I am sooo sorry everyone … I mean in-line 6 🤦*♂️
Was habit!!!

Bought some cheap eBay stickers, got out the heat gun, razor blade and fit it to rocker. I liked out it came out and when painted I'll have this done by a professional

Btw still getting 25-26 mpg at 75mph according to car

Really coming together nicely. You probably have mentioned it already, but what wheels are you going to go with?

That's what I get on my N63TU! Always found the i6 fuel Economy disappointing in comparison for the HP you get.

The X5 has fine and coarse adjustments for the rear suspension. Better left to a professional. You have to watch both the camber and toe when doing adjustments. One adjustment moves camber and toe opposite directions, the other adjustments moves then in the same direction. So basically one adjustment lines them up. The other one moves them into spec. Only someone that deals with bmws all the time should do an alignment on one.

I don't do my own adjustments, tire kingdom does. The problem is that for that one bolt to get camber and toe correct your suspension needs to be factory perfect. Mine is lowered and with 2" spacers on rear. This all effects and makes it very difficult to get right. The adjustable upper camber arms and (when they arrive) toe adjustment arms make it perfect again. It's just not possible without both on a lowered X5. The X5 needs a independent rear toe adjuster. Especially if you want to run camber at -1.1 to -1.2 with a 3 inch drop

Looking sexy.

Is it just me, or does it look likes its missing some paint on the lower lip area under the side vents?
