X5d - CEL after HPFF recall replacement

About two weeks ago I got the high-pressure fuel pump replaced on my '18 X5 diesel that was covered by the January recall campaign (No. 21V-586). About 200 miles and one fill up later, I'm getting a check engine light for P026D - Fuel Injection Quantity Higher Than Expected.

I scheduled another appointment to get the issue looked at next week. Anyone else seen issues after the HPFF recall?

Interesting - I would definitely apply pressure to the dealer. They opened the fuel system and likely created this issue.

Please keep us posted.
