B&O earphone voucher missing?

Anyone else get B&O and not receive a voucher for the earphones? Looked through all manuals in glovebox and nothing. I know in the grand scheme if thing not a huge deal but was in the market for new earphones due to extensive travel. Also wanted to hear the B&O demo cd

Yeah trying to see if anyone is in the same boat as me. Pcd didn't have a response and verified that it was missing. Ca is aware but no update yet. Wanted to know if others were facing same issue.

I did. Still waiting - was just trying to see of other people were facing the same situation. Dealer hasn't given me a course of action yet...
