How to Disconnecting / disabling the ASD on x5m f85
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com I just got SS catless dp installed on my x5m and I was wondering if any one on this forum has disconnected the ASD system on a x5m f85 Thanks in advance Last edited by Joey26; 06-30-2016 at 04:32 AM.. |

There are a couple of threads on this. You can easily disconnect the wiring harness from the asd module in the cargo area behind the drivers side plastic panel that is removable. One of the members here started a thread with photos so check it out and you will be disconnected in no time.
Any info on the downpipes? |

There is also a fuse you can pull that will turn the ASD off and from all reports from that thread that is the only use for that fuse.
I've been lazy and have not done anything yet but need to and will probably pull the fuse as that is the easiest to do. |
