Weird driver seat issues

Having a weird issue with only the driver seat. When making adjustments to the seat position/headrest position the seat will just stop moving. I will then have to release whatever button I'm using and hit it again. I get about 2 seconds of movement then need to do it again. Has anyone run into this before?

What does the seat do when you select a memory button?

Regardless, this may require executing the seat motor initialization process in ISTA+...it needs to relearn the min and max travel encoder positions for the applicable motor (if you have memory seats)

The memory button will move everything to the correct position but it acts the same way. I have to press and release it several times.

Memory button has to be held until final position reached - some kind of safety thing built in to the car.

I guess your seat adjustment button has some issue. There are some YouTube clips showing how to fixing them without replacing the entire board. I remembered you only need to adjust the contact springs and add more dielectric grease on it.
