As Doanster says, in the sun, CB is a very dark blue and with black glossy wheels might be, well wrong! If I had the Sapphire Black I would definitely go for it...as per the M4

I think you made the right choice. I echo the sentiments that black wheels on a blue car will clash, even if that blue looks black most of the time. Put it against true gloss black wheels, I think it would show the blue that much more and clash.

After looking through the pictures, I have to agree with you all and think the OEM look is best.
