Steve Dinan on his tuning strategy

More is not always better. Good stuff.

Check out the number of inputs their piggy-back modifies - >200 for a V8. Also, a great explanation on what what RC does, for example, on gas cars.

Even though I have a RaceChip, this was very educational, 42pilot. Thank you, my friend .

As you know, so do I. But it also explains very well why my chip is not turned all the way up. In fact, it's just past half-way since more is not always better.

Lovin' the coding!

Yes, I know, and I agree with that way of thinking 100%. I don't plan on going beyond 2 ticks for mine even though 1 tick up for S2 has been great so far. Good to hear . I think Steve Dinan really explained everything confidently without mentioning irrelevant things. He was direct, calm, and to the point. I actually have a lot more respect for the company after watching his explanation and the way he carried the interview.
