Digital dash and HUD go red/orange at night

Is there an easy way to disable this?

I know it's likely better for reducing eye strain, but I'd prefer them just to stay white/normal colours (as I'm used to that from my previous car) and I'll set the dash brightness using the dial.

I don't think the 6WA & 6WB F15 has a way to change other than changing over to the F85 M-instrument cluster:
