It is Auxillary heating, using the heat from your engine/coolant. |

There was a recent thread about "remote Start" where this was discussed.

It works for me.
The app will point out where I last parked my car. It will also allow me to lock/unlock my doors, remotely honk the horn and remotely flash the headlights. This will only point out where your car is if you had the iphone hooked up prior to exiting your car. It will also allow me to google search an address and send the info to the car. I have tried this but was unsuccessful in retrieving the address? Maybe I am doing it wrong? Also, the Auxiliary Ventilation works. You can set it to a certain time to go off. I set it for 3:15pm. Sat in my car at 3:14pm and sure enough it turned on shortly after 3:15. I did not sit around and wait for the car to get warm. The app it self says "Auxiliary ventilation" and not "Auxiliary heating". I do not know if this will heat the car or just circulate the air? I hope this info helps. |

Aux heating with extra price and only available in Europe. The alternative would be Remote Start which will turn on your car engine and thus heating.
You may get this feature after market and not from factory in USA |
