I'm lost...I'm not seeing any missing "plugs". Are you talking about the oval air duct identified by the arrows in your amended pic below?
If you are, again, those are air ducts that are designed into the trim piece (see #13 in diagram below). They are not "plugs" that should be filled with anything...if you closed them off...you restrict air to the engine bay.

I found them, no worries. Btw I don’t have stock air duct/intake as It won’t feed a stage 3 turbo…. I built a custom 4” intake … so I don’t use those holes. Found two plugs on eBay… ofcourse I couldn’t find the one I took out from stock.
