Neal - I just went to BMW Dealer in Dallas to start X5 35d negotiation. I was told only $2,500 off of sticker. What should I be shooting for and I will buy one from anywhere in the country for a smoking deal.

Thanks.

You should be able to get 10% off msrp or below invoice. That does not include any incentives that are available from BMW.
Talk with Greg Poland at Pacific BMW.

Are you using your trade as a cap cost reduction? Is it reflected in the price?
How long is the lease term?
What is the money factor you were quoted?
Also what state are you in and what is your tax rate? Is your tax due up front or capitalized into your lease?

How long is the lease term? 36 Months
What is the money factor you were quoted? Do not have this off the top of my head, but I believe it was .0013
Also what state are you in and what is your tax rate? Is your tax due up front or capitalized into your lease? Massachusetts - tax is applied to the base payment monthly increasing total due to $663.04

I can't get the numbers to match up exactly but it's close. Check the numbers and tell me if something doesn't look right?

My bad, here you go.
I think you could easily get another 1k off your cap cost minus any incentives you can get right now.

My build totals out to be $68,320
-7% equals $63,850
-$1500 for BMW Drive and extra dealer incentive
Equals $62,350
I also have a trade-in of a 2014 X3 35i valued at $43,000.
I'm looking to make the deal today, does anyone have any opinions on my deal?

A lot of great deals out there. 10% off msrp, minus any incentives, is what these are going for on the west coast.
A good deal on that car would be about 60k, a great deal lower than that.
Sell your car privately, bank the money, and lease your new one. Just my .02$. ?
Get in touch with Greg Poland at Pacific BMW, he'll take care of you.

Thanks for the quick reply
I think 10% would be good also, but I'm in New England so it's a different market, I think.
Anybody from New England getting a great deal?

That's a good price from Fresno! I bought a 750 from them about 1 year ago. Sales staff was competent but their service dept is horrible!!
Congrats on the new ride! ?

Really? Talk to Keith in the service department I've known him since he worked at Mercedes across the street he always hooks me up lol

But on a side note I dislike their sales department this is the first time we got a car from them in a while usually they always fuck up the negotiations and we go to the bay or so cal n buy the same car for cheaper

2015 X5 xDrive35i vs. 2016 X5 Model

Hello fellow enthusiasts.

Long time BMW owner here (currently drive 09' E90 M3).

Anyway, I am looking at ordering a 2015/2016 X5 xDrive35i speced to be roughly $68,420 (MSRP). I will be leasing, with no $$$ down for 36 months. Going this Saturday to talk to dealer here in MD. So, don't have all the specifics yet (MF, incentives, etc.). I have USAA and figure that should be good for a little discount, but not sure really what a decent deal is on these vehicles. Wife will be coming off a lease September 2016 (yes, 2016). Has a Mercedes 2014 ML350 4Matic. Yes, 2014, but leased in 2013. We still have about a year or so left, but starting to look now since, well, it's fun. Who knows, for the right offer, I may try and trade-in current lease like before.

Anyway, want to get some thoughts on pricing with following:

-Alpine White
-Terra Dakota Leather
-Cold Weather Pkg
-Driver Assistance Pkg
-Lighting Pkg
-Premium Pkg
-20" 451 wheels
-Enhanced USB
-HK stereo

Again, any help would be good.

Sales Tax in MD is 6%.

Thank in advance!

Frustrated with the dealers in Florida, MSRP $64K, with a sale price of $58K (best they gave is 6% off MSRP) they offered me 12k miles/yr 36 month lease for $930/mo! I left knowing they were so far off even to negotiate. For that sale price I was hoping for something around a $650 lease payment.

Price range for a USED X5 (2014)?

Hi - I can't find an appropriate thread so am hoping to get some help here. I am looking to list my car for sale (moving out of the country for a few years), but wanted to see what the range of selling/buying prices out there are for a used Metallic White 2014 X5 with 15.5k miles in the M-Sport trim (no issues/dents with engine/trim, or children, pets or food inside the vehicle, etc.)?

I don't want to be unrealistic, but also would like best value for a car I think is fantastic...

Thanks.
