Angry SOS Please! F15 Navigation Won’t Load

I really need some help here! The navigation button on my idrive Home Screen is there but when I select it nothing happens. When I hit the map button next to the selection wheel it just goes back to the idrive home.
Steps I’ve already taken
1 - Volume button and eject together for 30 seconds to restart system
2 - checked the fuse ( #25 )
3 - removed battery reconnected
4 - disconnected nbt module and reconnected

I’m not getting and errors or any codes when reading with OBD

What year is the car?
I bought 2018 40e six weeks ago right on it's four year anniversary - most idrive features ended at beginning of March and I needed to pay subscription.
I can't remember if navigation is subscription or just new maps.
As a side note: how many all electric miles do you actually get and how many does the car say you'll get?

It’s a 2017. I’m not sure about the Navi being with the subscription I think it’s just an option you pay upfront for.
When it’s fully charged it says 16 miles I’ll get Give or take 12-15 depending on how I drive where I drive ( highway or city)

This has been handled before, I can't find it. I believe it has to be coded back. Look into the code thread. Happened to me under warranty, mine was not anything to do with subscriptions. Nav just dissapears all together..

Looks like software issue. You might need dealer to code ur car to reset everything. Did you have any coding done before?

Subscription here would be for new maps or maybe your connected drive for RTTI and such? But access to the maps stored in iDrive is not a paid subscription to access.
