Any rear seat Android retrofit DIYs?

So my car has the OEM RSE installed, but as I am planning on getting rid of NBT and replacing it with an Android headunit, I want to do the same for the two rear screens.

Does anyone have a DIY on removing the OEM ones and replacing them with aftermarket? I see they are fairly well attached, curious how I remove the setbacks, run the power and so on. Maybe there are some Aliexpress units that actually are direct bolt on / electric plug-in replacements?
