Cold start engine bogging/choking...

I initially thought that was an issue with my n63tu BMS tune but based on my original post listed below, it is most likely related to the way the car Tuned/Mapped. Whatever problems exist with the factory tuning on the vehicle will still be there with BMS Stage1 I was just wondering if anyone has taken their n63tu in to address this?

The following is my original post:

***Update: I get a feeling that this is related to something else… I started noticing cold start engine bogging/choking in wife’s X5 after about a year of ownership. The 2015 X5 was September 2014 delivery date. My 2015 550i was July 2015 delivery date so about 9 months later I started noticing this in my 550i. Has anyone who experienced this cold start engine bogging/choking taken the car to the dealer to address this issue?
