Reflash tune the ECU CEL Error?

Hi mates,

Does anybody know how to reflash or tune the ECU to clear the CEL Error on F16 ? I have recently installed catless downpipe but no one knows how to tune it. Check engine is really hurting my eyes. What tool do they use to tune the ECU ? Can it be done through E-sys?
