Pics?

Does anyone have an X5 with a class 3 hitch? I am curious as to what it looks like in the real world.

Thanks.

Haha...nah, I just asked the Google machine. As for BMW installing the wrong one, yikes...good luck on the fight!

Once they put a class 3 on Wednesday, I will give them 2 options, refund my labor, or deal with JP Morgan and a charge back

I have nothing good to say about BMW dealership customer service. I had to made a point of their bad customer service skills and threatened to publicly announce the situation to the public and BMW NA before they took it seriously and offer to make things right. My friend lost out on a $15k engine repair bill because the same dealership stalled on the fix so that warranty expired first.

Good luck and don't take no as an answer if it is truly their wrongdoing.

That's crazy, 15k?!

Well I won't "out" the dealer name or SA, but I am blaming the assistant service manager. Tomorrow is their day to fix the issue as I am out of town currently. If they can't fix it, I will just do a charge back and figure out another retailer to get it from and just rip the bumper off myself and do it this time.

Yeah his engine eventually blew because of the dealerships stalling on the warranty work. The service manager won't get to make the call on whether it gets fixed. It will be the GM that calls the shot. But if it legitimately their mistake then I'm sure you won't have a problem. Good luck.
