Phone Book Dropped Contacts

The address (telephone functions) have been wiped clean in my car. I’m using an iPhone and recently downloaded the latest iOS. Has anyone else had this problem. Any ideas about to restore address book?

I’ve been thinking to delete my phone and try a fresh install. Anyone know how to delete a phone from the list of connected devices?

Idrive , Bluetooth menu, delete device

Thanks! I found that you have to hit option to delete
