vinyl wrap shop in Los Angeles?

Hi,

I'm trying to black out window trim and running board for my x5.

Since..I'm not very talented on these things I would like to find a shop to do it instead.

Does anyone know a good shop in Los Angeles for vinyl wrap?

There are a few, but none of them has enough reviews to decide.

Thanks!

Rather than Vinyl wrap you can try autoflex coatings ( http://www.autoflexcoatings.com ), they are resistant to fuel, weather conditions, rain, snow etc, just like OEM paint. There is one reputed dealer in Hawthorne, there are few others in the valley as well. You can enter your zip code in the website and they will show you the dealers around you.

Try this link instead https://www.dipyourcar.com/#store-locator-block , the previous link is still not quite upto date. As I mentioned there in one in Hawthorne, PM me if you need the dealer's info.

I would recommend Autoflex compared to plastidip, as plastidip is not resistant to fuel and other weather conditions. Autoflex is their latest offering from dyc after plastidip and proline, and is of much higher quality. I'm getting my whole car dipped with autoflex pearls. Even though window trims is a small area, where possible I would always get it done via autoflex.

I've had a few cars done by Sticker City in Van Nuys with mostly excellent results, including, most recently an Xpel bra applied on my X5.

I had Impressive Wrap in El Monte wrap the trim on my F15 in satin black. They did a good job.

i wasnt familiar with autoflex when i plastidipped my chrome window trim.
however the plastidip looks real good and has held up good for a while. has a matte finish. sprayed myself.

Autoflex is their latest offering turboawd. It has become popular only in the recent past year or two. Until then it has always been plastidip and proline in the past 2-4 years. I also got tipped off that autoflex will come with a new technology early 2018 that will allow to recreate any OEM paint in the market.

As mentioned earlier I recently got my entire F15 auto flexed, the look and feel is simply top notch, check out the pics. There is also a separate thread, if you wish to follow [ http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1438194 ]
