Has anyone run the Dinan sport tuner on the F15's N57?

CPA PowerBox Ultra

Does the CPA box leave a trace when removed for service calls?

Hi, has anyone experience with DTS tuning boxes for diesel? I'm thinking about trying out one for my BMW X5 35d. dieseltuningbox.com Looks like a nice unit. I'm considering either this one or the Bluespark plus boost unit. Thanks for any feedback.

I'm sorry for not replying...I moved and sort of lost track of life the last year. I sold the diesel and got into a 35i last year. I ordered another Maxchip for the gas engine versus the diesel. Once again, same results....positive results. The only issue is eating more oil and had to do my oil change at 8000 versus 10k. It was the system that told me it was time to do it, so it got changed. Anyways, I turned the tune to a less aggressive setting and still driving good. I ended up doing a day trip today and reset my trip computer and I got phenomenal MPG driving at 120 km/h, on eco pro...slowing up hills and accelerating down...I averaged 29 on my way there and 26.5 on my way back home driving at 130+ since kids were cranky. I know the computer is not accurate, so please save your comments....but it is still cool to read the computer saying this much better mpg...
Once again, I'm sorry for not responding last year.

I have compiled this list based on the manufacturer's claimed data. Be mindful that each chip maker tests their own way, results are not verified, and some disclose base, while others disclose peak output.

I was prompted to put this together after seeing a record MPG from a car chipped with Maxchip (result posted here:http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...8;postcount=42) I have a duplicate thread for F15, but thought other diesel owners would be interested in this.

Please keep us posted on what you select. Coolmex, I think you would need the Racechip Ultimate in order to do a proper comparison.
Did you tried maxchip? Which one is better performance

I have been following this thread for a bit and have recently purchased a 2018 F15 35d. I am interested in either a racechip or a maxchip piggyback and was wondering if anyone had any real world experience and recommendations. I don't care so much about numbers, but what the real world driving experience is like.

There are two companies named MAXCHIP with two similar products:
MAXCHIP ULTRA - maxchip.de - 335EURO
https://www.maxchip.eu/product/maxch...249-ps-183-kw#
+72hp +134nm

MAXCHIP PREMIUM - maxchipgroup.com - 199EURO
https://maxchipgroup.com/shop/maxchi...90-kw/#Premium
+78hp and +168nm

only real difference appears to be the maxchip.de product has app control.

Has anyone used either of these products for comparison?
