2016 Space Gray X Line with M Perf Mods

I finally got around taking pics
2016 X line 35i
Added a M steering wheel, M Performance Power Kit and M Perf exhaust...
All look great and sounds even better.
I'm much happier with the look of the X line overall but had to have these M Perf items. Finished coding to get paddles on new to wheel working.

I like what you are doing with Space Gray and Titanium/Chrome Combo.

Love your car!! that was the other color I was going to buy, I ended buying Mineral White which is nice too.

I own an X-Line 30d (here is called Pure Experience trim) and the only thing I don't like from my exterior are the exhaust tips which are rounded....
I was wondering if I the rear lower black trim will accept those rectangular ones you have, is it possible to ask you to take a picture of the trim hole where I can see the shape of it?
Here in Costa Rica, 99.9% of the X5's sold are 30d (diesel), so I have no way to check it out myself locally.
Here my exhaust tips and the plastic trim that surrounds them

You have to buy the 50i valence and tips. Definitely looks better than round tips. I would do it but, no point for a lease.

Congrats on the car! Nice driveway. When you hand wash your cars, you appreciate a clean solid surface. But, maybe that's just me.

I am doing a 50i muffler tip retrofitting soon on a 35d.
I got the parts and painted black already, just waiting for him to drop the car off.

So I need to order the black plastic valence piece from a 50 and then buy the 50 rectangular tips.

Do the tips bolt on or weld on? And do the x line 35 tips need to be cut off or are they volt on as well?

I ask as I am having body work on a accident that left my bumper chipped (very low impact at traffic light)

They will need to take bumper off to fill and repaint, looking to kill two birds with one stone.

Not sure if bodyshop is skilled at cutting and welding pipes.

The valance and tip comes in a kit.
And it is bolt on replacement.
The original need to be cut, not sure how it work on the 35i. Worst case you can have a muffler shop to weld them on.

I don't know if you noticed it but your tailpipes are upside down you will need the v8 tailpipe trims to fit the v8 valance piece. It's only a cosmetic issue though as nothing should be rubbing. I know it because it happened to me when I first installed the MPE on my xline.

damn didn't notice, now I do...there was something odd looking when I picked her up. but I thought it was just how much the tips protruded...the SA said he looked at a 50i on the lot and they looked about the same so I let it go...have to have them fixed now that I see it...thanks!!
