BMW F15 with M Package Front "Lights"

What are these "lights" on the front of the F15 with M package and are they easily removeable?

Aftermarket/not OEM. Probably pretty easy to remove. And definitely should be removed. Along with the window & sunroof deflectors.

Looks like somebody went F15 shopping on eBay.

I'm with jiggz. Looks like some Pep Boys lights. Please remove immediately.
