Seems to be about $175.00-$1270.00 under invoice on a custom order based on the various invoices I am finding on truecar and edmunds.

Fees of 499.00 are dmv registration (300.00- will receive some back from
as my local dmv fee is less) and dealer doc fee (199.00)
Opinions?

59% residual and .00130MF

May be good, may be bad.

With a lease, what you are doing is paying off the depreciated value between acquisition and return. In the case shown, about $30k.

Your payment of $866 nets out to about 2.5% interest. Its not the best ever, but its not bad. However, that's MSRP to depreciated value, not 'what you're paying' to depreciated value. To see if it is reasonable, multiply your money factor by 2400. If you're being charged 9% (.00375), that sucks. If you're being charged 2-3% (.00083 - .00125), that's not bad.

You have a 59% residual. There is a site somewhere that logs the MFs and residuals that people have gotten on their BMWs, but for the life of me I cannot find it. Does anyone else know where it is?

59% residual and MF is .00130.
AFAIK these have not been marked up and are current for BMW's Feb numbers.

$175-1270 below invoice is pretty good. What's your exact Selling price? Btw, TrueCar adds too much training/maco fees and Edmunds doesn't add it (last time I checked). Training/MACO for our region is $450. Some dealers will include that in their invoice price.

Let us know your selling price and sales tax rate. I will run lease numbers on my calculator to verify dealer's numbers.

Thanks.

Selling price is $67,175
CT tax rate is 6.5%

I'm fairly certain all the other numbers are accurate. Just wanted to know if the selling price is good.

Seems to be limited pricing info on the x6.
If anyone else could share their purchase price I would appreciate it!
Thanks

Anything under invoice for F16 with no markup on money factor will be a good deal. I paid $500 over invoice last week, happy with my deal. If you can, consider putting 7 security deposits to lower MF, it will be even better deal.
