Garage List
M Sport front trim+open lower grill+double slat grill

Front work complete...

1. big blocks of blackness bothered me so I had to get the open lower grill and the M50D trim. IMHO looks a lot better and they are all oem pieces.

2. I was very hesitant to do the double slat grills because I really wanted the X5M grill minus the logo. I also didn't mind the chrome but I did want the double slats. in the end it was a cheap and easy upgrade since the bumper had to be taken off to install the open lower grill. It looks nicer than the photos and matches the shadowline triim all around the car. will keep for now until a better option arrives. i may just get an X5M grill and take a powered saw and a file to it when i have time lol...

Looks great man. I wanted to do the same on the bumper inserts, i've already got the black grill (single slat).

Hi r33_RGSport

I purchased the open M50D grills from you ... thanks!

I would like to know if there is a DIY with/without removing the bumper cover?

.

one more question

the DIY says to remove the "one time use only" plastic rivets ... were these supposed to be
in the package, or am I to get these from the dealer? ... and if so do you have the PN? (black)

thanks in advance

.

.
Those are sold separately since some replace it with different plastic rivet.
You can get it from the dealer or my website.
