All preset radio stations disappeared

Any one of you experienced the same problem? It's weird.

Have you took another key today?
Have you coded your HU?

If "yes" to any of the above questions - than it's normal.

Yes, it happened after my wife drove using another key. But we always swap cars. It's the first time this happened.

Each key has it's own settings memory, so each of you will get your own settings (radio, presets, seats memory, lightning, e.t.c.) just by unlocking a car with your own key. Very convenient.

Or inconvenient if you have the "other" keys! :

You can change the active profile regardless of which key you have. The key fob is really just linked to a specific default profile that has all your individual settings. Check your menu for driver profiles and pick the one you want

The driver profile is mine. The seat position is mine. Except all the preset radio stations back to default.
