Diesel Break-In differences vs. Gasoline engines

Have never owned a diesel car and am pretty set on switching to a 35d in August.

Wondering if owners have engine "break-in" advice for a potential Diesel newbie.

Are there differences? If so, how did you break-in your diesel engine?

For gasoline I stayed below 4500 RPMs for first 1000 miles and varied the speed and RPMs periodically. I got an oil change after first 1000 miles as well.

What are the recommendations for the Diesel engines?

Any help appreciated. Tried searching for "Diesel break-in" and just got a lot of posts with the word "diesel" in them so I apologize if this has been covered before.

Thanks in advance.

From the owners manual - keep below 4000 RPM and 150 km/h for 2000 km. You can gradually increase the numbers afterwards.
