Hey everyone,

This is bittersweet to post but my family and I are looking to purchase a home and the X5M would need to go. Fortunately, we have other vehicles that will fill the void until I am ready to get another X5M in the future. Possibly a F95

I am honestly testing the waters with this listing before seeing what the dealers would give me for it. I'd rather sell to someone on the forums and who appreciates the F85 platform and a super clean example!

I really don't want to go through the hassle of parting out but will do it if no one is interested in it the way it sits now. List of parts below. I am located in San Diego, CA.

Mileage: 36,700, purchased at 27k

Has all options except B&O, Night Vision and Rear Entertainment

Originally purchased in October 2022 from a local BMW dealer. BMW CPO warranty good until July 2023. No mechanical issues. No oil leaks or transmission/TC issues. Vehicle has been babied since purchased. Local Southern California vehicle since new with no rust or corrosion. I have put on almost 10k miles since buying it, such a fun beast!

Imperfections: There is a minor clear coat imperfection on the front bumper (small spot on lower passenger side). From what I was told, the previous owner scraped the bumper when backing out and instead of repainting the entire bumper it was touched up (they didn't do a good job). Vehicle has never been in an accident. The bumper imperfection was on my list of things to address but held off since I originally planned on getting a front carbon lip which would have covered the spot. There are some scattered rock chips on the hood and front bumper, nothing very noticeable. A few scratches on the hood, not very noticeable. Can be polished to look like new. I was planning on getting a full paint correction and ceramic coating but didn't get to it yet.

Motul Competition Oil and Spark Plugs changed twice at 4-5k mile intervals since I purchased the vehicle. Will need new rotors soon. Pads are still good.

Mods started at 31k miles in January 2023. All mods installed at Euroklasse in San Diego, CA. They also maintain my vehicle. Awesome shop with years of experience!

Price: 61k OBO w/ Catback Valvetronic Exhaust (all other mods will be removed). I recycled the OEM exhaust and don't have it anymore. Might look into finding an OEM one somewhere. Will come with OEM 21" 612 wheels in black with Dunlop Tires.



Price with all mods: 74k OBO (over 20k worth of mods)

1) Valvetronic Catback Exhaust with Carbon Fiber Tips - 3.2k (local pick-up if I manage to find an OEM replacement)
2) 22" Vossen Forged LC-104 - Asking $4,700 with Toyo tires shipped (prefer local pick-up) Retail new with tires over 10k - Tires 295/30/22 Front, 335/25/22 Rear with 5k miles
3) Active Autowerke Catted GESI Downpipes - 2k shipped
4) RK Autowerks Carbon Intakes - $1,850 shipped
5) KW V3 Coilovers with EDC delete - $2,200 shipped
6) BM3 Stage 2 Tune - License transfer - $700 w/o wifi MHD OBD adapter, or $800 including
7) IND cosmetic package - OEM black kidney grilles ($300), side vents ($280), rear reflectors ($100), black badging ($80)
8) IND Carbon Fiber Roundels - Front and Rear - $300 for both
9) XHP Stage III Transmission Tune - License Transfer ($225) - I'll need to double check if possible.

FYI, About 6 months ago, I got my car appraised at Toyota next to BMW San Diego and they offered my above KBB value with my mods. But I ended up keeping my F85.
